Privacy Policy

Leader’s Life (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a daily habit, journaling, and leadership-growth app operated by ALSOF Publishing Pty Ltd. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect what the app needs to work for you:

• Account information — your email address and name, used to create and secure your account.
• Content you create — your daily check-ins, journal entries, reflections, goals, life-area ratings, vision and life-plan notes, and any photos you choose to add. This is your personal content.
• Basic technical data — standard information needed to operate the service securely (such as authentication tokens and error logs).

We do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics trackers, or marketing pixels, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

We use your information solely to provide the app: to sign you in, save and sync your content, show your progress and streaks, and deliver the coaching and reflection features. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

If you join a church or group, certain information is shared within that community as part of how the app works: leaders or pastors in your church may see members’ overall progress (such as check-in streaks and course completion), and reflections you explicitly choose to share become visible to others in that group’s discussion. Your private journal entries and personal notes are never shared unless you deliberately share them.

We use trusted providers to run the app: our database and authentication are hosted by Supabase, and the app is delivered via Vercel. Scripture text is provided through the Tyndale House New Living Translation (NLT) API. These providers process data only to deliver the service.

Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider. Access is restricted so that you can only read and write your own data (enforced at the database level), and content shared within a church is scoped to that church.

Your content stays in your account until you remove it. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Leader’s Life is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
